Scheduling
Sessions are by appointment only.
Offered in-person in Lakeland, FL or virtually across Florida.
I see clients Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Fees & Payment
50-minute session: $165
80-minute session: $250
Payment will be charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of the day of services.
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Reduced rates are determined based on income and household size and are reviewed periodically. Please contact me directly to inquire about availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are billed at the full fee.
I understand life happens exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness.
Emergencies
I’m not able to provide crisis services outside of sessions.
If you’re ever in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.

Your first session is about getting to know you, your goals, your history, and what’s been keeping you stuck. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to change, and how I can best support you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start; we’ll take it one step at a time.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement. If you plan to do this, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and make sure we’re a good fit. If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first session and start your onboarding paperwork through my secure client portal.

Just yourself and maybe a cup of your favorite drink! Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive an email with your intake forms to complete online through my secure client portal before your first appointment.

It depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Some clients see meaningful changes in just a few months, while others choose longer-term therapy for ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed.
